Too bad my friend lives in SoCal, he was making them and had access to a 3 axis milling machine. That's how i got mine, took maybe 15 mins to finish it. He stopped making them for a bit but might do another batch sooner or later. I think he sells them for $160 for billet aluminum.

I only ask this question because I am a manufacture and FFL dealer.

I still plan on a Phase5 Atlas One AR Pistol, with sig tac brace. I have one other SSE on order after my XDm, as I have a 4" Bitone XDs 45acp on order, just playing the 30day wait game per pistol.

Never ever ever build a pistol out of a rifle lower, pretty sure thats like a 10yr felony.

SigTac brace can be shouldered as it is not a stock, so not SBR, not illegal or rifle per ATF.

I'm waiting to see sneak peaks of my pistol slide and my AR's that Greg Cerakoted... but he is absolutely killing me, probably punishing me for not going to the meet last weekend :p

Ar pistols are legal as long as you build with the legal mods

Yup, still counts as an assault weapon so you need a bullet button. Same goes for AK pistols, and 10rd mag, no VFGs, but AFGs work

Make sure the lower is designated as a Pistol lower. DO NOT BUILD A PISTOL ON A REGULAR AR LOWER.

Become a FFL. Not impossible to do. But legally you cannot become a FFL just to have access to the fun toys. So you need to sell lots of guns.... Then you can play with the fun toys.

Would it be too much to ask you to move the gun discussion to a separate thread or one of the existing threads?
