    Two new things today. Started to kind of work on grinding off a little bit of rust coming through on my bumper. It's kind of a losing battle though. Long term goal is to probably take it off and sand the whole thing down to repaint.

    Also ripped off the black part of that stuff that's on the bottom of the hood. You can see it on the ground in that pic. The stuff underneath it is fine but the black layer was peeling off badly so I just ripped it off.

    I hate rust... and theres no fast way to take the paint off of a tube bumper unless you have a sand blaster. Nice truck btw. Makes me want to ditch my black wheels.

    Yeah it sucks. The guy I originally bought it from had it sitting in his yard unpainted. :facepalm: so it was pretty rusty from the get go. Not really sure why you'd pay $800+ for a bumper and then let it rot. I took a grinder to it when I first got it. I had it looking real good then. But it comes back eventually.

    And thanks! Yeah, wonder if I can get a sandblaster haha. We have one just not sure how well it works.

    Got my CB up and running (hopefully) $71 later lol. And got the PA mounted up and it works wonderfully. :D Got some rock lights finished as well, still a few left.
