Yeah, this is like I walk, and then boom. My legs give out and theres a shooting pain in the legs and all the way up my back. Has to be a pinched nerve.

I spent all day Saturday at the Dr. office, then went straight to the Pharm, immediately after that, I proceed to chew on the pills all the way to the SPA. Spa world. I spent 1hr in the Bade pool/ Jacuzzis @ 100º, then an hour out to rehydrate and eat. Then an hour back in the Bade pools. The whole time I was taking a pill break every 3 hours. While in the pools I stretched, and self massaged the afflicted area in-between the Water jets doing there work on me. Lower back 2nd to 3rd vertebrae up from the bottom.

I went from grasping everything I could get my hands on to hold my weight, to walking erect in 12hrs of being there. got home @ 5am sunday. Ate 3 meals there and a handful of snack and drink breaks.
