I was wondering what offers the most corrosion resistance. Aren't TC SS balls now?

Just replaced my O2 today and my fuel/air last month.
I went with Denso and it came with a gasket. I didn't bother resetting the electronics, it sorts itself out eventually.

Yeah I think that may be the route I go eventually especially with all the winter salt we get. Your kings have been tempting me with the money I do not have for the past couple weeks. I essentially want to go straight to mid travel when I finally lift. Thinking about getting UCA's first, then coils/leafpack/rear shocks.

It keeps stuff from sitting in the cup and working in between the uniball and the liner. I would get all sorts of sand caking up in the cup and had to manually clean it out after every ride.

Gravity is your enemy on the topside and your ally on the underside.

I wouldn't want to see what happens if I lived in an area with regular salting in the winter.

Your uniballs wind up sparkly clean because you just polished them with a very fine grit polishing compound called mud. Polish them too often and they'll develop too much free play and need replacing. Not to say the Icons will last forever but the caps give me a little less regular maintenance to do.

I saw icons have what seems to be a relatively easy to use rebuild kit as well. Does TC have the same?

One less thing I have to do. I had to keep getting in there with a screwdriver and rag and scoop out the sand.

Mud isn't really an issue where I live.

I have. They were always far cleaner than the cups after an offroad adventure.

Gravity + Water does wonders, way more than the topside.

Let me know when you replace yours so we can get an actual instead of an estimate.

    yes, sir. :)

Looks like I installed the Icon UCAs around 14 Apr 2013 and capped them 31 Aug 2013. I'll make a note of all three dates in my truck project book.

One of the other options I've thought about for those with the tall post uniball designs is a neoprene booty to go over the entire assembly, sealing the ball top and bottom.

Working on some wiring and noticed this circuit board chilling underneath my dash on the passenger side.Is there supposed to be a cover on this? Seems weird it's just out saying hello to the world where it could get kicked by a foot. Looks like it has a spot for a cover. Appears to be on the front of the blower motor/box thing.
