Oh, I definitely know it's not all muscle, but it feels good to actually seeing my weight go up, rather than down!

I'm with everyone else in that you should make sure you're eating a lot. But I don't think creatine is a bad idea... just drink tons of water and eat lots of food.

Heard that. That's why I'm staying only 500 calories above maintenance the whole bulk, rather than going nuts and eating everything in sight.

And learn what it actually does. I don't take anything until I know exactly how it works and what it's doing.

THIS. I wont take anything that I cant explain to someone on how it works and why you should take it or cycle it or shouldnt take it... People say bodybuilders are stupid. But really, most of them are freaking smart, they know how things work with what. Knowledge is power and power is gains!

Fukk. I've got one of those annoying spastic muscle twitches today.. Normally if I get one it'll be in my shoulder but today I've got one in my lower abs and it is quite a weird sensation

yeah this is true but drive time wasnt what I wanted and our apartment was the size of a shoebox.. and the eltric bill was disgusting. backyard for our dog, 3bed 2.5bath and a huge kitchen for me to cook in... definitely worth it

You're at Mcguire right? The base housing there does look super nice. Spent a couple months TDY there in 2012. Saw some really nice places off base too but most were a little drive. We stayed in a hotel in bordentown I belive it was, something like that.

yeah we're in the newest place too.. its on base/off base... so friends and fam and delivery people can get on w/o access (good and bad I guess) but the gate is a 5 min drive, gym is 6ish, work is 8ish.. but having a full blown house w/garage and pay 0 in utlities is a huge plus.. my house is freezing and i love it! ha

nice job on that budget yo! Wife and I spent $80 this weekend for our food and thats food for me to bulk as well

    did back as well

    tri-set 12 10 8 6 @ 140 - 125 - 125 - 110
    Wide grip
    norm grip
    close grip chinup

    deadlift 12 10 8 6 @ 115 - 135 - 155 - 185

Hyper Extensions 4 sets of 15 w/5lb DB row at the top of the exercise

had to keep it short for a tight morning schedule

when I went home for lunch I had 2 slices of colby pepperjack cheese 60g of turkey meat, peppers, onions, cucumbers, mustard and olive oil miracle whip wrapped in a spinach tortilla wrap thing with 40g of mashed tatters

That's not including her food. Most of the stuff I get lasts about a full week, but I still have to make the occasional trip here and there in the middle of the week. I'd say, excluding my whey, it's around $60-80/wk, which I don't think is too bad.

My fiancee's cousin is flying in from Huntington Beach tomorrow night, so I'm sure we're all going to be doing a lot of drinking lol. I figure I can at least try to be a healthy-eating drunk while he's here. We're going to the Braves game Friday, which I know is going to be a total shit-show, so I'm just going to go ahead and make that my cheat day lol
