I know we're going to this badass seafood bar called 6 Feet Under before the game, so, excluding alcohol, I probably won't do too bad there b/c I'll get some grilled fish. The ballpark is going to be a different story....hotdogs, hambugers, big-ass pretzels

mm I wouldnt even count seafood as cheating, unless it was covered in butter lol... Stadium food is tasty but was never a problem for me.. Im secretly Jewish and refuse to pay those astronomical prices

Yeah, it sucks. I'm hoping I can just stuff my face at the seafood place and just waste all my money at the ballpark on Coke's (I'll be attempting to sneak in my own alcohol :spy: )

Sadly, I've got a number of techniques acquired from all the concerts, Georgia games, and Braves games over the years. The most foolproof is just getting a bunch of airplane bottles and tucking them in the waistband of your boxers, stuffing them down your boot (wintertime), or my personal favorite:

Thought id share this if anyones looking for a solid new program that will keep em in shape and get them bigger/stronger. Began my new programing this week. Prett happy with the layout of it so far. Looking to put on a pound a week for the next 26 weeks (6months). Im trying to make it to regionals (socal) next year for the crossfit games but im lacking the needed strength in my olympic lift area there strong but not strong enough mainly my pressing strength, cardio and my endurance is generaly my strong suit and im plenty good at gymnastics like handstand pushups and muscleups, i can work verry long at a near max effort HR and can move alot of reps that are close to my 1RM. So I was doing my own programing but i dont realy like programing for myself and dont realy need a trainer since i am one haha but i just wanted someone preferably with alot of experiance to program for me. I had done thr wendler program last off season so wanted to try something new with more of a concentration on oly vs pure strenth stuff. So I was mainly looking at programing offerd by Invicuts in San Diego, Cal Strength and Catalyst Athletics. But i ended up going with Barbell Shrugged cuz i realy liked the larr majority of media they offerd.

Basicly there doing all my nutrition and programing for me its bad ass! Programing is set up to be 5 days a week taking wednesday and sunday off. everyday has strength and metabolic conditioning except wednesdays because there heavier. And diet is pretty similar to what iv been doing already but i like it a bit more. Lots of veggies, meat, nuts, seeds, some fruit, little startch and no sugar or wheat. Now im adding a bit more startchy carbs to gain some size but shuld still keep my BF% low. Doing 4-5 meals per day broken into 3 equal portions of meat, healthy fats and carbs (mainly veggies) and then 1 bigger meal after my workouts thats half meat and half carbs (mostly startchy carbs vs veggies at this meal to stimulate insulin production).

Heres an example of what each weekly micro cycle looks like, every 4 weeks is a deload week and everyweek is different, but each week ill do 2 variations of cleaning, snatching and squatting. Heres a sample of what a week looks like.

    zu8etybe_bc5e382e924c714efae03b94899072feb95b7a9f.jpg

Current stats iv got over the past few weeks to see how the improve are:

    5'10
    183#
    BF: Pending (8-10% probably)

    Snatch: 215
    Clean: 285
    Squat: 350
    DL: 405
    Bench: 225 :(
    Standing Press: 150
    1 Mile Run: 5:20
    5k: 18:45
    Strict HSPU: 18
    Wt Pullup: #50 poundsx9
Pushups in 1 minute (chest to ground-arms locked out) 83

    Benchmark workouts:

    FRAN (21-15-9) 95# thrusters and pullups 2:45

    Karen (150 wallballs 20lb 11ft target) 5:45

Haha thanks man! I like being able to throw up decently big weight then compete with the marathoners when we run and have more body weight strength than the 100 pound guys at the gym haha it helps me get a wide range of clients when i can do most things acceptionaly well and not just lift. Iv always had shoulder issues from a crash in a bike race (subscapularis and only negitive reps hurt it) and iv never realy liked benching but it will help my pressing strength so i wana start doing it again ha my bench is the same it was 3 years ago haha but iv been seeing a new chiro whos big into trigger point massage. Worst pain iv ever felt hands down but its working he almost has my shoulder fixed it completly in just a month doesnt help that the only way to get to the subscap is thru ur arm pit either because its on the backside of ur scapula haha. Ideal stas are

To get a consistan 315 clean and jerk
And 265 snatch anything over that and im beyond stoked!
