That's a fact. You can modify workouts to fit your abilities, which is good, but my wife is in great shape and comes back a ball of sweat.

This gym has a fundamentals program which is nine night that you learn the core movements and then have to demonstrate proficiency in them before moving onto the next level. Four levels in total.

I remember reading something about one of the founders or something of crossfit dying while doing crossfit. So they honored him by doing a giant crossfit event. I found it kind of ironic

We actually did these last night and regardless of how toast I was my form wasn't this bad. My back was perfectly straight and they stressed that if you start to do a situp you're doing it wrong and you need to walk your body backwards until you could do them again with proper form. They said with time they get easier but until that happens don't sacrifice form for reps. This is how I roll when I lift and it's fairly common knowledge you would think but the reality of it is that there are some stupid people in the world. I'd rather do ten reps perfectly than 40 with poor form.

 

Looks like a lot of hip thrusting is involved so at least that could benefit you down the road later

They weren't shots....they were noise flash distraction devices and a water charge for breaching the door after a team of four of us, including me, using a camera, found the bodies in the living.

The noise flash distraction devices were used as such when deploying gas into the house in an attempt to coax them out without harm.
