Over the past year I've devolped several rock chips to my bedsides and got to thinking that there had to be an alternative to paint.....then I thought of bed liner.

I took a trip down to Linex and got a qoute on the bedsides top and about a quarter of the bedside where the chips have been happening and was qouted 400 for black and 500 for color match. The price seems a little high but it is a buisness and they have to pay their peeps.

So I browsed the net and stumbed on a company called Monstaliner. The kits they sell go for about 175 for a DIY gallon sized kit with tint. I requested color chips of the product and compared it to the color on my truck and its a pretty good match for being bedliner.

So I'm about 90% on buying this and applying it by myself. Is there anyone who has used this product or one similar to their truck in the way I'm plan on using mine? Any advice? Pictures on where you have used it?

    I went with Smurfadelic BTW.

Before you buy monstaliner, I would look at a product I think is better. It's called Raptor Liner. I just finished spraying a jeep with it, and it looks great. You can buy a kit and use a gun to spray it, or you can use a roller to apply it. It's also UV resistant, so fading really won't be an issue. Plus, you can use colors as well.
