That 345 squat felt good. I put the the side bars down so when I went down the bar rested on them and I was before parallel... rested the bar and then exploded up...fucking lovely.

Uhm not before parallel, I was past parallel....damn phone.

Oh my God! I've had In N Out twice in my life and both times were amazing. One of the only few things I liked about the Left Coast :D

Heard that. I'm going for it at the end of August, after I've gota good month of bulking under my belt. When I started cutting, I was only 30-40 lbs away, so I'm hoping I'll tackle it pretty easily. BTW, I can bench more than you

We're tied on DL, but you've got me beat to hell on squat, though...

I think I'm gonna order this from fitmark. I need a new bookbag anyway and this one will keep me from lugging around a cooler, as well! Go figure, my last semester of school, I find the perfect fucking bookbag :annoyed: Oh well, I'll be in law school for 3 years, so it'll definitely get used

Ive used it and I think it helps some. Ive used it on my achillies, IT band, and Hip flexors.

I actually read a thread this morning talking about it on a Trail and ultra running page. A few people call it a gimmick but Most on the discussion said it helped.

I've noticed you guys discuss supplements. For someone like myself who is just starting out is there any real advantage/gain to them?

Right now I'm doing a mini routine, just starting out.

    Leg curls..4 sets of 10, 10 pounds
    Leg lifts..4 sets of 10, 10 pounds
    Bench press..4-5 sets of 10, 15 pounds
    Shoulder shrub..4-5 sets of 10, 15 pounds
    Curls..4-5 sets of 10, 15 pounds
I forget the name of it..rowing?..kneel on bench, dumbell on floor, lift till upper arm is parallel with back..4 sets of 10 each arm, 5 pounds.

I'm doing 1-2 miles on the treadmill most every day, usually closer to 2 if not 2.
