I have a 2006 DC shrtbed and want to purchase a set of TRD seat covers. I've seen a average price of $150ish. Any suggestions on a good place with good pricing?

    Thanks

I had a pair and noticed the seat back fit loose against the actual seat back instead of lying right against it. It was a inch or so off. The TRD fit right against the seatback. Might not bother most people.

The seat bottom had a bunch of elastic straps with hooks on the end that attached to the bottom seat mechs. They were a pain in the ass and for the cost of these a poor half ass attachment scheme. It also limited access to seat adjustment knobs on seat side.

Sorry to slam, but I was not happy and prefer OEM.

    on your taco?

they should be snug...you mighta got the wrong one...the TRD buckets are different from the SR5 and base model ones...

the TRD ones move around ALOT and wear out super quick...the bottom part is never in place after a year or so

if anything look around for another brand if you don't want the wet okoles...

You might be right!!! I brought these here USED and was told they would fit. As you mentioned though SR5 and TRD seats are different and would cause a improper fit. Might have been my bad. I was surprised since I always liked the look of these and figured for the price the fit should have been better.........

I bought the TRD seat covers from a member on here. He said they were new (they weren't, a few stains), but aside from that I love them. I don't have any movement issues, they've stayed exactly where I put them since I got them. As far as the quality, they seem to be very good quality and although I've only had them a few months, I don't see any noticable wear. Keep stains off the seats, and water and mud doesn't penetrate. IMO, they are worth it. Find a set on eBay, or jump on the poster's offer of $100. I like OEM fitment, and they look great. (I have an 07 Sport).

I have had my 08 for one year last weekend, bought the TRD/NEOPRENE seat covers this coming week (last year) and love them. No issues in movement, still nice and tight, they do not feel cold or sweaty in those weather conditions (hot and cold) like some say, but of course that's my oppinion.
Bought mine from a dealer and they priced matched my online price I found but can't remember where. 139.99 plus Cali tax.

yeah my friend has the wrong ones on his X...the base non-TRD ones and they do have a gap, but if you get the correct ones they fit like a glove :)

wet okole also makes covers for the back as well

I ordered mine a year ago for ~$170 shipped. Might have been TRDparts- I don't feel like digging through all my paperwork for the invoice.

In my opinion, they are worth the money because they save your seats from wear and staining. I have gotten coffee, mud, oil, and grease on mine. They clean up OK and a far more resistant to tears than the seat fabric.

Poor pictures, but you can see that they fit my TRD sport seats tightly. They are time consuming to install, but they have never come loose in over a year of use. They look good as well. The only downside is they tend to give you a bad case of swamp ass in hot weather as they are not breathable....

Those look great in your truck. I think I might look used on a couple sites and if no luck buy new. Either way I like these best!!!!!!

What area you in? Looks like MI. or midwest.....
