Why is it ugly?!

Thanks for all the advice guys! I'll order some sliders, tint the windows and go from there. That might help tie the whole look together. What do you guys think about some roof rails like the 4doors have just cut down to fit it? Would that look good or not?

Nope its definitely the red trim around the lights. Ugly as fuck. Never liked em.

That and the fender flare colour. Slap some electrical tape around the lights and stand back. I bet it'll change your mind.

 

Bigger tires!!

 

The black flares make the wheel wells look larger than they really are, this makes your tires look small. When you put black fender flares on like that, it takes a much bigger tire to "appear" to fill out the fender wells.

This is my perception.

Also turn off those silly halos in your bumper lights, they look as pointless as they really are. Like colored inserts on wheels.

 

This would probably balance out the large top tubes.

 

I love the bumper (although I may be biased having an ARB on mine). I think the truck looks damn good myself. I would put the white letters on the tires facing in. And color matching would look good, but I like the silver/black combo, too.

 

Function over form.... screw what others think as long as your happy.

Next time someone tells you the bumper looks bulky see if they want to stand in front of it in a parking lot...

I like the ARB bumpers....they make perfect resting spots for my road sodas when we take trail breaks.

 

I just payed for and installed the lights. I'll leave em on. As for the fenders I might color match them

Get rid of the scoop and the fender flares, it will clean it up a bit

 

are the aluminum rings red? I don't know, I just see something that's red in the lights and I think it looks odd?

 

Go back to stock flares and get rid of the scoop! Other then that, killer looking truck!

Needs a back bumper to match the truck. I liked my truck 10x more when I go a rear bumper... but that is a big purchase if it is only for looks.

 

I'm not a fan of that style bumper....that is a personal choice.
I DO like the rims and tires.
I think there is too much space in the wheel wells....too high?
Again, personal choice, I like the wheel wells full.

 

How big of tires are everyone thinkin? And wider and taller? Just wider? Just taller?

when you get a front bumper that big you need much bigger tires for it to look right. so bigger tires and 10" wide rims or a smaller bumper and you'll be good to go. it doesn't look bad though as it is.
