    So I have a question... Let's say I wake up at 0800. If I have all of my carbs in by 1100 am I hurting potential gains at all by not spacing out to say 1500?

    Your oly lifts just jumped up at least 50lbs. It's similar to horsepower gains from stickers.

    gonna test out the shoes tomorrow if the hurricane passes over and im not dead/the gym is still there

    im expecting my squat to go from 295 to at least 495

    Since you are relatively close to me, do you know where they ship from that is close to us? I've been ordering from M&S and then ship from SC but use usps and it takes it 2-4 days to get here. I'm like geez ya'll aren't but like 8 hours away if that.

    They're just caffeine/ephedrine pills; they just make you so jittery that you're always burning calories

    I don't think macro-timing is important, but I space my meals out every 2 hrs just for convenience

    You're gonna be like the guy we always see fishing who looks like they just walked out of a Bass Pro magazine lol

    Did the usual workout last night, 1.5 miles on the 'mill and then weights. Feeling a little sore today but nothing horrible. Nothing a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast won't fix

    If it was me, I would be switching that up, weights before cardio, I like having a full store of energy to hit the weights hard. Mix up your cardio too, do a bike one day, stairmaster another, steady state running, sprinting, etc.

    What gains are there to changing the cardio? I have just the mill and bench at my house, so it's not like I'm at a gym and have a choice really.

    Can't jog or run yet, I have tried and the knee quickly tells me to knock it off :)

    The body is highly adaptive, doing the same thing continuously lets your body figure out how to do that task efficiently, mixing it up makes it so your body has a tougher time to adapt. Of course this is all bro-science, but it has been shown to help burn more calories.

    Oly lifting is the SHIZ!! All I will add is this: form over weight, every time, with no exceptions. Always make sure it is a quality rep. Although I have been guilty of this myself, I hate someone celebrating a new PR that looked like absolute shit. Form, form, form!! Start light, work your technique and find the right speed sequencing throughout the lift.
