I own one of these and it has more than PAID for itself countle$$ times...
It tuned to all of my radios quickly including the "Big Radio" on the Mack and Peterbilt "offices" or the small Unidens riding in the Tacoma....Best feature of these antennas was the ease of mounting on any surface ( Wife even used it on Her Camrys )....We installed a felt pad to the "Wilson plastic" bottom piece and it never scratched any paint..;)

Now you want Crazy but light...I have one of these; single coil with the 9" bottom shaft but definetly a "tree trimmer" http://predator10kdiscountantennas.com/

For wheeling, either the Firestick or Wilson Silver tips in 3 or 4 foot versions usually show the best bang for your $$$..

They still have dorm inspections? When I was in no way they'd allow that.

Supposedly they do...but I've been here for over a year and have not had a single inspection...The other 2 guys have apparently I guess my squadron 1st shirt doesn't care. Plus all this stuff is neatly packed away under my bed out of sight lol

So I'm at Crispy Cream drive-thru this morning and this is what went down:
Young chick (prob 20? pretty cute too) working there says,"First off OMG I love your truck! I love your tires, and I love the front end its perfect. I am totally into trucks. I don't even have a boyfriend because I'm so into trucks. Are you going to the 5A event next weekend?"
Me: Thanks. umm..no. Wheres it at?
Chick: About 45 minutes away i think. Well, I would totally look good in your truck, just sayin.
    Me: Haha cool thanks.
Why couldn't things like this happen to me when i was younger and single? Hahaha
So any single dudes with sweet trucks looking for GF head over to Crispy Creams by Millenia Mall.
