    Saw a new RD today...and after seeing the blood work results i nearly shit...no more dairy for me :( ...turns out im also wheat/glutan intolerant also ontop of being extremly dairy intolerant, no more whey or casine for me :/ bye bye gains...anyone use grassfed beef protien in here? Kinda shocked im intolerant to all that and its bad enough she told me i have to cut absolutly all of it out or i could have some serious issues arise....bummed

    Milk intoleramce numbers were the highest shes ever seen

    Not exactly iv had really bad stomach issues on and off for about 2 years, that included vommiting almost every morning first thing when i wake up. Theres diffrences beetween "intolerances" and being allergic aswell. she told me just because i dont shit it out right away doesnt mean anything thats just some peoples way off dealing with it, she said im having more of an inflamitory response to it than bowel distress. My gluten/wheat numbers arnt nearly as high as the milk number but there still high enough

    Thats why i was shocked cuz i wasnt shitting like crazzy just always feeling like shit whenever i ate anything realy. Im just goin off what the lady said, i know more than basic nutrition but not more than some gal with a phd in it so wasnt gona argue with her or what the lan results read cuz i know how to read thoes

    Time for me to joint in. I finally decided the gut needed to go and my arms and chest needed to get larger. I've been doing an hour of cardio followed by weights. Today I did 4 miles on the elliptical in 20 minutes and then 8 miles on a spin bike in 30 minutes. I'm limited on weights right now because I'm at a hotel for the next four months for work and all they have is dumbbells. Total workout time has been around 1-1/2 hours. I'm focusing more on cardio right now because I'm doing a 5k in a few weeks and want to be able to run the whole thing.

    I saw there was some discussion on heart rate monitors. I've been looking at the fitbit flex. I like how it has the sleep monitoring and keeps track of steps taken. Any input on it? I saw the basis b1 mentioned but not sure how much I like it.

    It's not really magic, it's science, the More muscle mass you have the more fat you burn. Gotta get your macros right and eat the right shit. I can say that I wasn't eating nearly enough protein prior to this.

    i feel it warming up with 30's/35's and when i do bench/incline press as well. the amount of weight seems to have no bearing on it, in my case

    Just curious. Alot of you guys talk about pre workout a bunch. Do you guys feel like you need it that much to get you thru a workout? Shits pretty nasty for you, i have never felt the need for a preworkout. Glutamine powder, creatine and a scoop of beta alanine on my heavier strength days just for performance but never any sugar and caffine it makes me feel like shit...and shit a bunch

    i go to the gym at 5:20am, so if i didn't take a pre i'd put a bullet through my head in less than a week

    i also mix mine with bourbon for that extra 'kick'

    That's basically what a stim free pre is. Hardly any have sugar these days. Some maybe a little NO2 for a blood pump. If you don't go stim free Yea you'll have caffeine :cool::cool:

    I love caffeine, caffeine is my favorite
