Your first year at Saputo you get 1 day for every month you worked. I started at the tail end of a fiscal year.. meaning I get one day.. Plus two "personal days" We have 10 stat holidays and Saputo gives us 12, so the other two are vacation days as well. Whoot lol

It was hard to get pictures at the fun parts.. But most of the pictures are from us checking out the pipeline and the one of the Ford broken down(ripped his skid plate off) is in a trail that leads from old guysborough to Miller road which leads back to OG.

Solid plan. Supposed to be 1-3mm of rain I guess (as of now).

    You getting a misfire?

and I just stared at my computer screen for a solid 2 minutes trying to figure out what "IM" stands for.. still can't figure it out

    intake manifold

no misfire, just time to clean everything out. The fuel filter is under the IM and so are the injectors so I figured I'd do it all at the same time.

That's in the labour code. You don't actually get double time and a half. You get a paid holiday, then time and a half for working on a holiday.
This matters when, say, you generally work 8 hour shifts then on a holiday you work 10 hours. You would get 8 hours holiday pay, then 10 hours at time and a half for working.

I'm off unpaid on other non-stat holidays like Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Natal Day, Boxing Day, etc.

We do get a new stat holiday next year in February!

You are correct! I would get the 8 stat holiday hours even if I didn't work, but if I do my 8 hour shift, I make 54 dollars an hour for those 8 hours. I'm sure at some point in my life I'll hate working the same schedule I do now, But I came complain. Right now the money is worth it!
