    I am looking at Divers Institute of Technology, which is at 1341 N Northlake Way #150, Seattle.

    They don't offer housing, so I'm trying to pinch pennies and live comfortably for the 7 months I am there. I'm a suburb/rural kind of guy. I hate cities.

    Not sure what hours school is in attendance but if it is typical working hours, then you might want to look slightly north towards Sand Point, Greenwood, Bothell. You're not going to get anything that looks like Andover unless you head east 30 minutes unfortunately.

    You might look in the Ballard area or Phinney Ridge. Everyone else is trying to do the same thing as you (meaning save a buck or ten). Save yourself the agony of parking and take Joe Metro or ride a bike on the Burke Gilman/bike paths (thanks to McSchwinn and the Prius lovin' hippies.)
