OAHU BBQ Meet & Bellows Camping Aug 15-17

    Bellows camping trip is coming up. This will be a 2-fold meet.


    1. Bellows BBQ - Saturday Aug 16 (Lunchtime)
    2. Bellows Camping - Friday Aug 15 - Sunday Aug 17

    BBQ -

    For all those who are not camping, we will be having a TW BBQ on Saturday for whoever wants to come down with their families and enjoy, hang out, and meet some new members. Bring sometime small to share (potluck), and we can also have some sliders and hotdogs as well.
    *Please reply to the thread if you plan on attending the BBQ so we can have numbers as well as what you plan on bringing.

    BBQ Attendees:
    Neil, Miles, Keun, Ratha, Brooks, Brian (Maybe)

    FOOD FOR SATURDAY:
    Neil: Burgers
    Ratha: Ribs

    CAMPING -

    I am planning on getting to Bellows straight at 12:00.

    If you would still like to come camping please let us know ASAP as your vehicle will need to be on the registrations. Have room for at least 4 more vehicles and 10 people.

    Here is what we are looking at campsite wise:
    35 - Neil 10 people (includes Keun and Miles)
    34 - Brooks 8 people (includes his family and Rick)
    29 - Ratha 8 people (includes his family and friend)
    32 - OPEN OVERFLOW PARKING

    Attendees:
    -Neil (4), Miles (3), Brooks (7), Keun (3), Ratha (4), Rick (one night), Brian (Friday day)

    Maybe list:


    *Please confirm if you are attending...

    PLEASE BRING UTENSILS AND PLATES FOR YOUR GROUP.. THERE WILL DEFINITELY BE ENOUGH BUT NOT ENOUGH IF ONLY ONE PERSON BRINGS.

    Food for BBQ: (here is an idea)

    Friday
    -lunch everybody bring there own
    Friday dinner potluck
    Miles - Shrimp Scampi, Fried Rice
    Rick - Kalua Pig
    Keun - Kalbi, Bacon wrapped Asparagus
    Ratha - Hotdogs
    Brian - Potato Salad
    Brooks - Chicken
    Saturday Breakfest (scramble eggs and spam)
    Miles - Fried Rice
    Neil - Eggs (5 doz), Spam
    Keun -
    Saturday Lunch (Burgers and Hot dogs)
    -Neil and other TW BBQ attendees (see above)
    Saturday Dinner
    Brooks - Smoked Meat
    Ratha - Steak
    Sunday Breakfast
    -Eat left overs

    I can spend the whole freaking day. I have to be at work for about an hour in the morning for quarters and I'm done after that.

    I'll bring a bucket of potatoe salad or something. You can't go wrong with that. I can head over at noon and hang out all day and help setup if needed.

    I will have my neighbor and his family with me on my site, not sure what info I need for the permit. It will be + 3 adults 2 kids.

    Friday night Ill keep it simple with hot dogs.
    Saturday making pork ribs for lunch and possibly steak for dinner.

    I plan to bring all my poles so hopefully catch of the day will be in one of the meals.
