8am in the morning he is being released of his duties. And I think he may go a little ape shit!

He has even spoken about "if" the day ever came that he got fired he may "snap".....

umm ensure there are witnesses. people are somtimes less likely to be too crazy if they know there are witnesses. maybe have security or a cop in the neighborhood??????

Might be a good idea to suggest a colleague of your wife sit in on it. We sometimes do this at my agency when we have to discharge a volatile client from our program. It's good to have a "Witness" and it deters a "snap" I know it's a bit different situation--Just an idea.

 

Or a taser, or I guess in the Lone Star state, cattle prod!

In AZ you can tell the police he has the propensity for violence, and they'll come down and escort him out.

I'd be more worried he's gonna go home, and then come back and "snap".

 

Do what the IRS does, have a table in the room and have the guy sit on the side opposite the door and her on the door side with her back to the door. That gives her a head start to run out of the room while the guy has to get around the table to get to her.

The problem is he has made several threats already in the past such as blowing my head off, getting his gun out of the truck... if he did get fired snapping and so forth.... I am not worried about the firing him part. I am worried about the aftermath. I think I can take him if he comes in to try and whoop my ass. But I worry about my employees and my daughter since he knows where I work and live.

Very very wrong. I've been let go with a text before.
