LAMBO DOORS on my 07taco? pro/con

    07 DC longbed trd sport 4WD debaged 5% tint, downey adj. 3"lift kit,custom rock rails, trd seat covers, custom matching door arm rests,, vent visors, all weather tacoma floor matts, grillecraft grille w/ upside down painted emblem on it, total chaos upper control arms,leer camper shell,pro comp wheels,285/70/17 BF Goodrich All-Terrains,Home made rear bumper,Front under const.
    So has any one seen or done this to a new taco sure looks cool. I just bought one of the three avalible downey full susp.lift shocks all the way a round adju.fronts 285/70/17s and im thinkin about the doors if any one has any sugg. what the pros/cons are i sure would like to hear bout it 707taco

    Pro: You can park in narrower parking spots.
    Con: You have to spend a buttload of money to install something that will only be distinguishable when you open your doors.

    This seems like something that would probably have been done on an X-Runner. There are a few other sites that the X-Runners congregate at. www.customtacos.com and www.xr-underground.com

    Hopefully, a few of the folks here at Tacoma World will be able to help out.

    definitely:thumbsup:.........it looks way too ricer,imo!! unless thats the look you are going for, and if you like it........go for it. thats what makes people's rides individual.

    I sense some tension with the Xs :p were tacomas too ( I went from a 99 TRD on 35s to this :))

    I wouldnt put lambos on my truck ever. They pretty much hack up the truck and put way more stress on the pillars than they are originally designed for.

    Nope. I like the x-runners. If I didn't live where the streets were so bad and didn't need a 4 door, I'd get one.

    No tension here! I would love to have an X-Runner!!! The only reason I didn't get one - I need the ground clearance for the high water we get in Texas (Hill Country especially).

    BTW - I love your trucks setup!! :thumbsup:
