    Apparently the lens is too close to the bulb, and therefore the heat builds up pretty damn fast. They are replacing the entire headlight assemblies.

    The service manager stated that it is NOT a recall. At least not yet. Your headlights have to display heat damage in order to get new ones.

    If it was a recall they would replace them regardless if they were damaged or not.
