    the people who put masking tape over the window…a simple X isn't gonna save your glass from being hit or being blasted into a million little pieces.

    My neighbor across the street from my place did just that. He was the only on our street, and in the neighborhood from what I can tell, who did it.

    If it was coming as a direct hit, I would probably do the same to a couple of mine.. my neighbor got some stuff that would probably fly and go right into my house..

    Is it an older guy?? That is old school hurricane Iwa style... back then everyone had tear windows with "X's"... they said on the news this time, that the X could actually make it worse.

    He looked pretty young. Our community's weekly newletter said to do it to prepare. He's seriously the only guy I saw do it. I didn't think it would be all that effective to begin with.
