Yea where we goin/? You're asking about where to wheel down here?

If so there's a few spots that come to mind. Pine Valley/Buckman springs rd and Ocotillo come to mind first

I would LOVE to show our Northern counterparts the desert! Ocotillo run would be sweet. But I feel like these trucks will be more geared for Big Bear, Cleghorn, and Gorman.

Ocotillo would be the more drastic change I would think for you northern folk, albeit Big Bear is pretty sick. Crossing from Ocotillo into anza borrego is always fun

So are you guys looking to go wheelin or desert prerunner stuff. If you are looking for wheelin as in 4x4 then big bear is fun. Lots of difficult trails. If you just want to drive fire roads and prerunner stuff then I would say you would want to do some desert trails.

I think Corral Canyon would be a better fit for you guys if you're end destination is Ocotillo Wells/Superstition area, pretty much on the way & Corral canyon OHV has trails from novice /prerunner 2wd up to dbl black diamond rated trails if you have the mental sack/rigs to do them, very diverse.

Shit, hit'em all, I've always heard theres good trails in big bear, closest i've been is cleghorn & even then just drove past it on the 15, & its not really that close to big bear IIRC

Oh, at the rate my guy is working on my truck I might just be able to swing this. It's right in between two weeks of leave, so I know I shouldn't be going anywhere.
