Dude, you're "just a little" more skilled at wiring than the majority of us here.

I don't think SPOD will include, put that bitch in the oven, in their instruction manual.

The best technique I leaned for flounder is how to de-bone them. Makes stuffed flounder so good.

Here's an idea I've always had, but never executed. "Fishing for the hungry"

Basically we get a bunch of hobby fishermen together and we have a grand ole time on a lake or in the bay. Whatever fish we catch and can keep, we clean the fish and either have a fish fry for the less fortunate or just straight donate the meat to a food bank.

Now food banks are a little strict when it comes to donating meat. They prefer non perishable items since they don't know how long the food will sit on the shelves before it's distributed to a family.

The fish fry would be the best way to go, I am willing to cover all the costs for the oil, seasoning, cutlery, and plates/ cups.

Would you guys be interested in anything like this?

Doesn't matter how many fish are caught. Even if after feeding ourselves we are able to feed one family. It'll be worth it. It's one day they won't have to figure out where the food will come from.
