Yeah, we can't have guns and bullets together in a car in California. You have to put the gun in the trunk and the bullets out of reach of the gun in the cabin. If you shoot an intruder inside your house, you have to kill them in case they try to sue you. Even then, you still stand a good chance of being arrested for murder even for self defense. Carrying a concealed weapon is automatic jail time. This Washington, all this freedom, it's, it's all so foreign to me...

Awesome! Great resources, you guys! Thank you, very much! It's going to be fun up here, going back to acting like a goddamn normal person with freedoms.

In Washington you just have to have the bullets and the gun separate (no bullets in the gun). And good luck if you shoot an intruder here too you will still be arrested. Guy did that a year or so ago and last I heard just barely got out only due to security cameras in his house showing that the intruder was coming to attack him. Can't have a concealed weapon unless you have a concealed weapons permit.
There isn't as much freedom as it seems..

Only one civilian in California in at least 30 yrs. has had a concealed gun permit, and only because he was elected a sheriff...

This area is really busy and not the best of areas to hang around at. There is another RV place in Bothell, I think it is called lake Pleasant RV. Instead of taking I5 all the way, get onto 405, and take exit #26 Canyon Park, and turn south, which puts you on Bothell Everett Highway (527). About 2 miles down the road, it will be on your left.

I agree, that does look like a custom shackle which is longer than factory. The extra shackle length will also act as a little bit of lift for you. It wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the shackles with something from the factory or an aftermarket piece you can trust fully. Your ass end is riding on those. If you trust it, you can keep it, but if you don't trust it, then replace the things. As for the fitting the leaf springs, they should fit any new springs you put in as well. Looks like that was designed to be a shackle flip kit so you get more flex out of your rear.

I've only heard that Walker is for more advanced trucks, and to expect carnage up there.

WA is an open carry state. This means that you can carry with the gun exposed almost anywhere you want to go. Do not take a gun into a bar/pub type place. That is still illegal. If you don't have a concealed license, I suggest getting one. Bring a checkbook to the local sheriff's office during their regular hours, and fill out application, go through the process, and pay something like $56. I paid the extra $5 to have them laminate my card for me, then upon passing, they mail you the concealed permit. If you ever conceal carry, have the permit with you. It is like driving, you have to have a license with you to drive a vehicle on the street.

As far as those shackles look well i would say they are much stronger than factory and i wouldn't worry about doing anything with them unless you want to adjust height.

I guess i just need to look up the gun laws and see if i can have a loaded mag in my gun while packing it around. also i need to get Utah's CC permit cuz it works for more states.

When I carry, it is loaded but not chambered. Doesn't do much good to have an empty gun, unless it is a Taurus pt92 because you can use that like a club to beat people half to death from its size.

having a WA concealed pistol license is good in multiple ways. No wait period for purchasing a hand gun. Yesterday I was looking at getting an enhanced drivers license and saw that the CPL could be used as proof of Washington State Residence.

Better to the mountains or east side of the state. I could take out white tails from my back deck if I had a rifle. Living in Deer Park has that little advantage.

I'd be up to return to Hell's Canyon again... Although it could be getting pretty gnarly by October.

Colockum would be a great trip again as well.

I would love to check out Colockum but I know nothing about that area, need someone who knows the place to go with.

I go waterfowl, upland bird, and deer. Want to go Elk and possibly Bear though
