    yeah world record holder in her class, i don't think i can give her advice, plus she trains with dan greene. plus if you got the ankle mobility feet straight give you more rebound at the bottom. i say my feet are at about 10-15 degrees out when i squat.

    My chest is feelin pretty tight today. Yesterday I went heavy, then did reps afterwards.

    3x3 at 225, 245, 245
    Felt good so I went for 265 and got it twice.

    6x failure at 205

    Incline DB
    3x10 at 70 lb

    Cable flyes 3x10

    Close grip bench 4x10

    3x15 weighted dips

    if you lack the hip and ankle mobility then yea you pigeon tow it a little to help opening up the hips. or if you do a low bar wide stance.

    Alright guys, it's a very slow day at the gym today and I'm bored as fuq...what's the #1 pet peeve for you at the gym?

    As someone who works at a gym, mine is people coming in with dirty shoes

    As a gym attendee, it's people playing music on their phone without headphones, people that make an unnecessary amount of noise, people taking up like 5 fucking places at once, and, of course, curls in the squat rack
