What is that you drive exactly??

^^^This, my guess is most people talking shit about your bull bar or any other part of your truck are just jealous of your new ride.

Awesome truck OP, great choice on your mods. Do what you like.

Wow...nice truck. It's amazing how much better a lift and tires make a truck look. I like the long bed. I thought that were ugly looking at them on the lot, but a lift really changes those. They change all trucks, but it's changes the long beds more in my opinion. Love it...wished I went with a long bed. :frusty:

Honestly I was totally shocked when I saw them. I had no clue how "Beefy" they were from the pics on Icon's website. I love them!

whatever, he posted his truck for on an internet forum for comments, but they can only be good??? ridiculous....

I stated the truck was nice, just had a silly looking bullbar.
My opinion only, no need to make this kind of comment. We are
allowed to have an opinion, hence a FORUM. The setup is great, better than mine, and I like it. But I think the bullbar looks terrible. That is my opinion, no need for a mod to make this type of reply.

    ....

I don't think there was any bashing ... just opinions and as we know everyone has one.

That is a hell of a suspension ... that, with the chrome just came across as ... well, like I said ... an oxymoron ... which wasn't received well either.

One theory ... and mind you ... this is just a theory ... that this word had not been used often on this sight .... perhaps it was misunderstood to be a negative comment.

Having said all that ... and not being an avid rock climbing ... washed out gully crossing ... river fording ... outback riding ... woodsman myself ... all I said was in my opinion the OP's chrome was infact just that ... an oxymoron ...

First off, this thing looks awesome, and I love everything you've done to it. Those wheels are freaking killer.
Also, I have a suggestion, take it as you wish, it's your truck, I'm just making the suggestion because I love my grill to no end. Customcargrills.com has this grill and I think it really improves the look of any 12-14 Taco.

Thanks. Yeah, I've looked at changing out the grill in the future. I'm not a fan of the debadged plain look. If anything, I'd get one like that with "Toyota" across it. Or maybe TRD or something. Just looks, to me, like there's something missing in that pic.

Thanks, don't mind suggestions at all.

    Bob

Just a caveat on the In-channels, they have been known to scratch or damage the film but then again some claim they don't. Erred on the side of caution and went with the Off-Channel mount. Nice truck... and I know the mod bugs bite pretty hard :D
