could go a cheaper way that spending that on something that might get stolen again
could go with the URD o2 sensor delete and have a custom exhaust fabed for cheaper. the o2 sensor is 109 IIRC
and that piece wouldn't be hard to make just need the flanges

Most state facilities don't do visual inspection but if it was inspected and does not have factory emission equipment you fail the inspection.
