    Why do you only offer one option for the 2010 single cabs - Cab hi?

    And how do I get the August deal for the free headliner... will my local dealer offer this? Also, do you have any recommendations for a local dealer with great customer service. My zip is CA 91355.
    I'd rather order direct from SnugTop and do the install myself.. wish that was an option :(

    We create our tops based on demand at the time the truck is released. For the single cab we also offer our SnugLid, SnugLid RL, SnugLid F2, SnugLid SL and our most advanced top... the Outback!

    To get the Free Headliner all you have to do is go into your local dealer, mention the Free Headliner and order your cover! No paper work is needed. Most dealers should offer this deal. I would call before you go in just to save you a drive if they do not, but most will honor the special.

    I can see how it could be easier in some cases to just stop on by. But our dealers are trained to install our SnugTops and they do a wonderful job!

    I will contact Daco and ask about the Free Headliner special.

    Also, I would prefer a flat or satin BLACK finish on the Cab-hi shell instead of a color match. Is that an option that your Long Beach facility can offer?

    The flat or satin BLACK finish shouldn't be a problem :)

    Just talk to the dealer when you go in and they should be able to get you all set! Also don't forget to post up some pictures once you get your top, We would love to see them! :D

    So I stoped by Daco this afternoon and Gary (Daco sales) called his contact at SnugTop and he said ... "NO, SnugTop does not offer a flat/matte/satin black finish. Only primer or factory coded colors". I actually felt stupid that I even asked the question and insisted that a SnugTop sponsor on Tacomaworld.com told me it was doable. He even questioned if you were a "real" SnugTop rep or just some guy that sells product.

    Who is lying or misinformed here???? You or the dealer who contacted a trusted long-time employee of SnugTop? I'm very upset to say the least.

    Just contacted SnugTop directly and they confirmed that they only offer a primer grey or oem color option. Also directed SnugTop management to this thread and they have no idea who you are.

    I would like to apologize for the situation. We are a representative here at SnugTop. Not a 3rd party seller. This should not have happened and I will be disusing this situation with everyone here so it will NEVER happen again.

    The miscommunication can from the term "satin". The representative who posted that we would be able to do a "flat/matte/satin black finish" was under the assumption you had a color code to go along with the finish. We can match a variety of factory colors that go along with color coding. As I mentioned before we will be disusing this with them to prevent the confusion from happening again.

    I would like to apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Was Daco able to come up with a solution to help you?
