Hey guys, in search of an overload leaf spring off a tacoma, shouldn't matter what year/model, looking to add one on either side to act as a 1/2" block.

Let me know what ya find. Thanks!

I've been told the overload leaf would be be better on the rest of the leafs. Also, that would put me over a 2" lift in the back at 2.25", wanted to stick with exactly 2" in the rear.

Edit: I see the 1/2" block now. Might pick that up if i cant find an overload

Yeah there are 1/2" ones too. These bolt on style blocks are 6-1/2" long and 2-1/2" wide. Plenty of room for the axle pad and long enough to disperse the load onto the leaf.

OH! I see, I thought they were just blocks.

They bolt to the leaf pack with a supplied longer leaf bolt-pin. You will remove the stock one and bolt the block on with the new longer bolt. Like this pic, but to the bottom of your pack. This setup pictured was for lowering, not lifting.

Cool, sounds easy enough. Do you think these are safe to use at the bottom of my leaf pack?

They're 100% safe. They're solid steel, not a cast material like a lot of products in the aftermarket.
