    Here's the
    $30 Panavise Custom InDash Mount for Toyota Tacoma '05-07
    one I got for my 2010, worked just fine. It's mislabeled for the years, but if you check the part number on the panavise site, it checks out.

    As for the device holder, ProClipUSA.com has a cleaner/slimmer phone mount you should consider. Bolts right on to the panavise. I'll post pics of mine if you want.
