Yeah, I always do different stuff each week by switching from barbells to dumbbells or throwing in a different workout every now and then. I guess my biceps, tri's, and shoulders never get sore because there are only so many different things you can do there.

i get really bad cramps on push days in my tricep, if i straighten them out they will attempt to cramp and lock up. But there is nothing worse than having to do the hover in public restrooms while having leg DOMS. the level of pain is almost worth getting the herps from the seat, almost.

How much do you all usually spend month on a bulk. I'm thinking around 300 or so

About $250 for me, plus $52 a month for my protein, so around $300

Lol fuck off! :p but i agree, i get way worse doms when i work muscles i dont use often.

But one way to help with onset muscle sorness is foam rolling and stretching after the workout and then adding some passive stretching movements afterwards. Anything you can do to get blood to your muscles afterwards will help heal em

Ha I went wakeboarding Saturday and my forearms got sore as hell. I might start giving those some attention in the gym.

Forearms get neglected by a lot of people. I focus in my forearms a lot. I do two forearm exercises regularly. I hold dumbbells by my sides and roll them from my palms to the tips of my fingers and back into the palms. I also hold dumbbells in my hands and then flex my wrists in and then out. Feel the burn.

What Supplements are you guys taking?

    What brands & How much?

I think I need to start taking supplements again but I can't take what I used to because I would feel too agro on it(and no, I wasn't on the juice LOL). I'm not too sure what to take now and I don't want to brick my kidneys/liver, etc.

I am trying to look like I lift big weights. My current diet includes pizza, mayo, and ramen. Any suggestions?
