Can't tell if you're srs or not...But, keep those things to the weekends. That'll be a good first step.

This is going to stir the pot but, No. i've never stepped foot in a crossfit gym. I've tried it out with a friend, at a home gym but it wasn't for me. It's a rather unconventional and dangerous way of training. There should never be any type of training that you see how many compound movements you can do in a certain period of time. That's a recipe for a blown out back...dislocated shoulder... etc...

I stick with traditional bodybuilding, that's what works best for me. Everyone is different, so sure i respect crossfit, just not for me because of the aforementioned reasons.

    Good read here: http://www.dailydot.com/opinion/why-i-dont-do-crossfit/

I do forearm exercises maybe once a month lol. I might start throwing at least one in per week. I usually do mine with the barbell doing some sorts of wrist curls.

PROTEEEEEEEIN: Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey ~$60
    Pre-Workout: MusclePharm Assault ~$30
Creatine: Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder ~$10

Supplements aren't anything magical. They're there to SUPPLEMENT for food. Nothing beats food. Brb eating breakfast (oatmeal, 2 fiber bars, & 6 eggs)

I actually have a question for all of yall. I bench 295 and want to get it up to 315. How many kipping pull-ups and these things:[IMG]

should I add to my regimen to get to 315?

Lulz. I'm not even mad. That'd impressive.

You must do 10,000 of these will yield much better bench results:

Cover your arms in stick-on tattoos. That'll give you at least 50lbs more

What do you guys know about juice cleanses? My Fiancé wanted me to do one before our wedding and I told her no and that she shouldn't either. I've heard it's not great for you and your body detoxes through your liver and kidney effeciciently already. Also any weight loss is negligible as once you start eating it will all be gained back typically.

I know you were but you could only dream of doing that.
i see that being more functional than doing curls or pulling cables

if i tried that, the next pic would be of me, lifeless, knee backwards, with the barbell on my neck, with my back broken over the ball
