I need to get back in the gym. I'd rather go before going to the shop. But our 24 hour fitness, isn't 24 hour lol then to tired to go after i close shop.

Same, but I ain't going to the gym when I work 13 hours a day

 

I remember those days lol but once he gets in the rhythm of going constantly. Just remind him not to stop!

yeah, way too lazy to go after working 10-12 hour days here. gonna beeven worse when i get out to site and start the 12-16 hour days.

he's actually beed eating healthy and lost some weight from that. just needs to build the cardio and muscle now.

oh he'll keep going. he'll be coming out to site in a few months to work int he field with me, so it benefits me to have him in shape as much as it benefits him.

 

Well I wouldn't mind being at work this early but there's not really a big market for that in retail pharmacy

I used to do shrugs during my downtime because everyone looks swole with traps!

This is my problem now. I used to go everyday but stopped when my son was around 8 months because I didn't wanna miss all of his "first" and I was going sporadically since then but my Costco member ship expired last month so...lol

Diet is everything. Been doing well since I've returned to work, which is a huge departure from eating Wendy's every GD day pre-surgery.

The asagio chicken sandwich isn't bad though.
