As for the install on these just remove old suspension and slide these in with the washer and nut on top hat? Or remove that washer and nut from top hat and slide whole thing and after put the washer and nut on top?

Don't remove that nut on top unless you have a spring compressor attached to it. Coils can be very dangerous. If the whole strut assembly is good just slide it in place. It will make sense if you can get the old one off.

I see. Thanks I thought I was supposed to remove that one nut in order to slide it in place and then use that same nut to secure it on top

Old Man Emu suspension: 884x coils, Dakar leaf pack, Nitrocharger Sport shocks. Cruisin Offroad bolt-on sliders. Relentless Fabrication aluminum front and mid skid plates + steel transfer case skid. SnugTop Hi-Liner "Sportsman" canopy. Hella Rallye 4000i Xenon (flood beam).
It kinda looks like the coil seat is not resting properly on the shock.

is it normal to hear a creaking sound after couple of weeks of adding AAL to the rear suspension?

I have the progressive AAL and it's still quiet after 5 months and 10k miles. My stock springs were creaking after 5k miles. After the newest tsb and my AAL, nothing. I anticipate that'll change once winter gets here though. Have you done some wheeling? May be some dirt in there.

Yes I went off roasting couple of weeks ago. But the sound wasn't noticeable until yesterday. I haven't gotten an alignment done winter after getting the ome lift installed. Gonna do that Saturday.

Should I get the ubolt re tightened as well?

Normal, no but you should expect it. Across 2 sets of Dakars, 1 set of iron man 4x4 leafs and 3 OEM leaf packs all of them squeaked.
    Yes, doesn't hurt to check.

Here are my measurements post lift. Thank you to all who contribute to this post, it was very helpful in deciding what to get. I decided to go with the 887 springs to get close to 3”, but without a harsh ride. Even with the winch and bumper, they give me a full 3”. I couldn’t be happier with them. They are firm but not harsh on the road when unloaded, but never bottom out on rough trails even when loaded. I plan on upgrading to Dakar’s in the future, but the AAL works for now. I set the UCA’s to the neutral setting, aligned perfectly.

What did you put up front & what did you get?

    887 Springs, 90000 Shocks, LR UCA’s: 3” with bumper/winch
What did you put in back & what did you get?

    Wheelers 2” AAL: 2 1/4" with shell
Are you running trail armor & how much lift did you lose or what did you do to regain/maintain lift?

Bumper/Winch dropped stock springs about 3/8-1/2”, 887’s picked up 3” from this.
Tire & wheel specs & rub or what you did to eliminate rub.
BFG AT 235/85R16, Stock TRD OR wheels, no rub
Are you still running a sway bar?
    Yes

    Measurements:
    Ground to fender/hub to fender
    DF 37 3/4” / 23”
    PF 37 13/16” / 23 1/16”
    DR 38 1/2” / 23 1/2"
    PR 38 5/8” / 23 5/8”

I currently have 885's and want a set off 887's. They are supposed to be the same spring rate just 5mm longer. But when I go to the toytec site they say they are +230 spring rate and are heavy duty. Plus they don't offer 887's for tacomas. Am I looking at the wrong 887's?
