My front bumper came primed. Of course like everybody else it came late. But when I say late what I really mean is four months late. You can all sit there and say what you want about how its a one man show and blah this and blah that. But simple fact is you shouldn't lie to people. If your taking 16-18 weeks to get something shipped out be up front about it. I know multiple people in PERSON that will not order from him only because they feel that he doesn't seem upfront and doesn't respond to messages.

I think Billy makes one of the best products I've ever seen. Hell I rock his front bumper and sliders. But his business model is going to eventually catch up to him and I hate to see that for the guy. And for somebody that puts out that good of a product that sucks for.

Had the opportunity to talk to Billy yesterday regarding lights that fit in his bumper he was very quick to call me back after I left an email on his site. So of any of you are having trouble try that.

I have had no complaints orproblems communicating with billy. He doesn't sit in his office all day and answer calls and emails, he's a 1 man show and he's out making bumpers. When I've talked to him it's been later in the day like 6:30 7, and he's always been a super chill guy to talk to.

Yeah the Fastenal near had no idea they could ship. Even the manager. He was like I've never seen or heard of that. But they did call when it arrived.

Gonna help with Info. You guys should be able to contact billy and he could find what hub they are at. Or at least ask what branch they are shipping to. So you can give them a heads up that a large item is coming.

Yes the workers are slow at fastenal and 9/10 minum wage employees so they don't care. But remember the shipping rates would be 400 plus with ups/FedEx. :)

I've been having a VERY difficult time getting a reply from Billy, who has had $1,700 of mine for 18mo. I know he's really not an email guy, but I've been trying all of the contacts that I've previously used, without success. Please, does anyone have a recent valid contact for him? Much appreciated!
