    His words when the news was given to him yesterday "Hmphf. I lived a long good life, have good kids and wife, it's out of my hands now... What the shit!"

    He's a tough, tough guy! We nuck a Vanilla Shake and slice of Pizza into his room today. We're sure the salt and fat will make no difference!!! LOL.

    Damn John sorry to hear. If you are anyhing like your dad, Im sure he's a character!

    Thats funny about the shake and pizza. When my dad was t-boned by a car at 50mph, he was pretty bad off. I went to see him in the hospital and he told me to get his stuff from the car. Mom kept saying she would get it but he insisted I did (said he "sensitive documents" in his trunk). All I found were boxes of poptarts :rofl:

    He was in the hospital for about a month recovering and my wife and I would always sneak him some poptarts when mom wasn't looking.

    They're getting old and Im sure it won't be too long before Im in your shoes...

    I'm in Hanover PA right now. Drove from Buffalo to here this afternoon. Sunday AM we'll drive down to VA Beach to drop off the grandson (5 hours), then turn around and drive back here... sleep the night away, then get up and drive 7 hours to Buffalo. We're in the Highlander... missing my Taco this trip! I like the seats better!
