Why am I getting this much front lift with 5100s and 884?

I'm a noob, so I appologize in advance for any dumb questions I may ask.

I just got the front done- 5100s set at 0, OME 884, .25" spacer on driver's side, and LR UCAs.

I still have to put in the AAL.

I was expecting 2" of front lift. Right now it measures about 4". How much will it settle?

I have that combo on a 2.7 reg cab 4wd and it settled a little under an inch after about six months. I now have 2.75" of lift.

How many alignments did you get over the course of that time?

Did you install it yourself or have a shop install it? Spring perch could be upside down, or maybe the 5100s aren't in the 0 position.

Prerunner 4 cylinder by any chance? Toytec recommended 883s for 2 inches up front with 5100s at 0 for my peerunner 4 cyl dcsb

OP I edited my post. It wasn't quite an inch, I had to look at my measurements. It took me a month to get it aligned, but I only put 200 miles on it in that time. I have since put about 1000 miles on it and haven't had it aligned again. That's because I'm considering getting top plate spacers and Dakars for the rear.

I did it myself, but I brought the OEM struts to a shop and had tgem press the OEM coils off and put the 884s on the 5100s.

The shocks come set at 0, right? I told the guys not to remove the snapring.
I see three groves behind the coil, and the concave side of the perch is against the coil.

Not really my style. I tow a boat and load the back with firewood.

Hmmm, perches seem to be in the correct position, down like a bell.

No expert but I was told 883 for stock dcsb I4 dcsb 4x2 because 884 would be closer to 3-3.5 inch. Per Toytec on my rig 883 with 5100s at 0 should he 2 inch lift. You have no front armor.either to bring it down. Maybe that's the issue?

DSM didn't have 883. I researched it on here for months. Everyone was saying 2" with 884 and AC. I never thought about the engine size.

I may have to put in a new leaf pack in the back. I hate leveled trucks and I'm afraid an AAL will level it at the most. I'd like to have a rake close to stock only up higher.

Toytec said 884/OME shocks would be 3+ on mine. They have 883 in stock as far as I know, you might call?
This is my best guess, my truck isn't lifted and I'm the least experienced one here but just had a talk with Toytec last week about springs for mine and that's what I was told
