I used starstax to layer them. I need to get my butt in gear and either get a new computer or just load PS on my wife's laptop, so I can use it.

I just logged into Photobucket after a while of not using it and got spammed by a bunch of ads that got past my adblocker even. Has that happened to anyone else? Does anyone still use photobucket?

Bleh, another reason to transfer all my photobucket photos over to flickr and then delete my account...that just means re-referencing a bunch of photos I've linked on here, though.

Or just start using flickr now and just stay referencing them now and just leave the others. That's my plan whenever I get around to it

That's the easy way. By the time they get around to nuking them, it won't be a big deal.

Same here, hadn't been to photobucket in several months. Went there yesterday to grab an old picture and it spawned new tabs and pop ups about Java updates that looked real but were not. I ended up just whacking chrome in task manager to avoid any on click function calls. But my overnight virus scan still detected softpulse maleware. This weekend I'm going to boot into linux and download them to transfer everything over, what a crock.

Yeah that's basically what I've been doing for the past 8-ish months, but now I just want to be completely done with photobucket.

Oof...my scan didn't come up with anything, so I hope I'm ok. I just need to figure out what pictures I need to upload to my flickr before I delete everything from photobucket and remove my account.

Those are fantastic Tony! Job well done!
I had to get into photobucket earlier this week. That place is a dump.

New lenses showed up this week. Finally snapped a few with the tele :D The rabbit is not cropped and the dove is cropped heavily, what you're looking at is probably 1/4 of the original... really stoked on how well it can crop down!!

Heading for the hills tonight for the weekend and will have lots of sample photos next monday with the new canon 10-18 and 400 5.6
