Its probably a nice deep scratch like mine are... Nothing you can do... You can't buff the flares because they are a "rough" surface

I'm fine with scratches. Can't deal with dents.

Id rather be the cause of the dents instead if. A shopping cart or another vehicles door... There is a nice story behind each dent or scratch you make

I don't like to think that i was dumb enough to not pull the weed whacker out from under the truck before picking it up. I picked it up and the head slammed into my open tailgate. Then the bed side got dented from rocks being thrown by the weed whacker :(

Yep happened to me also except it was at a tire shop getting tires and oil change and they snap off a bolt on my front skid and of course they didnt say anything either, last time anyone else ever changed my oil.I just drilled it out and used a new longer bolt and nut

So tomorrow is the big day that I'll be tearing apart the truck to replace the clutch. I'll try to post up those alinement specs too, just been lazy since I can't fix my clutch yet no sense in stressing about the tire rub.

I think I've for something going bad on the front driver side of my truck. It's developed a low growling/humming noise that gets louder with speed, starting at about 25-30. Any ideas in what it is? Thinking wheel or needle bearing

Instead of ball bearings they use long solid cylinder shaped incased in sleeve

It could be your wheel bearing. Jack up truck off ground, grab wheel at 12 and 6 and pull and push. If your wheel moves a tiny bit or has any play, most likely a wheel bearing. Otherwise could be your front differential driverside needle bearing. Do you have a lift on your truck?

I lifted mine and need the East Coast Gear Supply 8" driverside needle bearing replacement to fix the vibes I now have.

Probably wheelbearing... A humming/grinding noise would come from that like it did on my 4wheeler... Get them from NJ636... NJ resident hub master general :D

Nah, I have the tools to press bearings, will be cheaper to buy just the bearing and DIY it

He is telling you to buy them from the NJ guy.....

The NJ guy won't be doing it for you. Unless you pay him to drive to you, do it, and drive back. But i cannot speak for him on the matter because he ain't know me, and i ain't know him. :D
