    Regear to 4.88.
With stock gears and 35s, if the truck saw a crack on the freeway. It would down shift lol going up bridges. As soon as I hit the bottom of the bridge it would already downshift. Then up shift and down shift before I get to the crest of the bridge lol

But with 4.88 on the freeway. It's like nothing but torque in all the gears

what do you mean how? that's just what larger tires on stock gears do.

it's really hard to surfe in lakes and rivers :(

We always use Texas Tubes. you go across the train tracks, down a hill, and park right next to the river. convenient, free parking if you get there early, and they have decent tubes. wouldn't wait to get there until noon though, or you may have to park farther away and pay for it. river also gets pretty crwded later on.

mine downshifts a lot too. i usually try to anticipate it and throw it in 4th ahead of time though, so i'm nit straining the torque converter as much.

I usually put plywood down and a rope under the plywood. Once it's loaded, tie the rope off and drive forward lol

It's $400 shipped. I'm guessing $200 to have rebuilt locally. New icons are $1100

Currently on 5100s with stock coils.
