My first and only Toyota personally was a Pontiac Vibe GT. Basically a Matrix with a 1.8 VVTi and a 6-speed. Had a face only a mother could love, and the worlds worst clutch, but man was it fun to rev up to 8k. The truck was is first vehicle that I didn't have to share. Got it in April 2010.
12 and .40 here too!!! We should go shoot .40. I'm decent with mine but I need to practice more without the weapon light, since HPD doesn't use WML's.

    Got everything together!

I think I might should have gotten a black dust cover, but oh well. Maybe it won't be over FDE when I get a quad rail.

I'm kinda anti AR. Everybody and their brother has one. That's why I bought an SL8-1 and Vepr .308. Just to be differnt. If I buy another rifle, it will be a scar heavy or ACR in 6.8.
You can't beat the options for an AR platform...

If I could find a good deal on a piston AR/M4 I'd probably go for it tho :D

Shotguns are cheap! Can get one quick. This AR would have been $779.69 after tax and shipping with all origional parts. But with all the FDE junk and 10 mags I'm right at $1k. I have been trying to save up for a colt forever, but kept spending on other stuff. I decided to just go for it already, but this will probably be the first time ever that I carry a balance over to the next month or two on my credit card. Won't be too bad cause I'm going to pay most of it and only have a small balance left.
I know everyone has one, but it has always been my favorite since I was a teenager playing GRAW. Plus parts would be easier to scavange in da apacolypse :p

ACR I'm still torn on, especially with the cost of 6.8 ammo. But then again, I'm wanting a 300 AAC upper , which has almost the same ammo cost. I would love a SCAR in 7.62, but that bolt flying around would take some getting used to. I like the AR because it's simple, reliable, and cheap. SCAR's start around 2k right? I also want an mp5, but you're tempting me with that storm lol

My friend at work went on that gun buying spree that everybody went on that drove the prices way up. I didn't buy shit, I just laughed at everybody. Anyway, He has a FDE scar heavy and might sell it to me. He gonna take a loss tho. He hardly shoots it because he complains about the price of .308 rounds. He loves his tavor sar anyway. I told him it's cause he doesn't know shit. It has a craptastic trigger.

hehe...that's great stuff! Probably best that you go for the shotgun if you need to work on your aim. I wish there was a range on the Leeward side. Koko Head is such a long haul. I prefer shooting with the Schofield Rod and Gun Club because they don't limit you to 5 rounds per mag and you can shoot human silhouettes and reactionary targets. Shooting bowling pins at 100yds with iron sights is a blast.

I also have a .40, a 12ga, and the ever popular M4 with an Aimpoint red dot staged and ready. Only a zombie apocalypse or post-natural disaster looting would require breaking out the M4. 12ga pump is the ultimate attitude adjuster in most situations, IMHO.

Do it! Yeah .308 is expensive, but the range you would have would make it worth it! If the thing is FDE and cheap then why not lol
With the price of ammo lately, .22 pew pewers are all we can afford to shoot. :p

If we could have SBR's here, then I would have an mp5 for sure! Just not a fan of the 16" mp5's cause it kinda defeats the point of the mp5.
    So true.

If SBR's were okay and we could have autos id do dirty, horrible things for a MP7
