    I figured our Aisin transmissions would be really reliable. My truck has almost 100k now and As far as I know the only fluid change was about 5000 miles ago. Is their a dim future for my trans?

    Guess it's time to quit doing a lot of wide open accelerations and take it easy drivin

    Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
    I'd check the heat shield on your rear cat first. My exhaust rattled and i found 2 bolts missing in the heat shield. Easy fix. If it were your O2 sensor, you would be throwing CEL's.

    I had that exact same speaker. Until I submerged it....I had it mounted right behind my front license plate facing down. Sound volume was awesome with it mounted there. It was just too low of a spot! Haha. Now I have a RadioShack one mounted under the hood on the passenger side pointed up. Much higher location and it hasn't drowned yet!

    Uh oh :laugh: I mounted mine in the space where the abs is normally on the passenger side. Facing forward. So hopefully that will be ok.

    From my research it seems they aren't very reliable, at jest not up to Toyota reliability. I would love to swap a manual in just don't have another dd.
