A good amount more articulation. Ride is stiff now but that because I have expo's with no rear weight in the back other than my belly skid and OBA system. Once my bumper and tire carrier are on it should ride better on road and off.

 

That popcorn will be getting stale by the time I am done...

 

I have deavers and the All Pro tube rear bumper plus a tire gate on there now, so that should help.

What did you do about your shackles? Go stock or move those around any?

Have the rear bumper brackets cut out just need to drill recovery shackle holes. Brackets will go through the bumper and tie in to the frame.

 

Nice looking truck, man! Sub'd to see your rear bumper! Been looking around for one for my truck but there are depressingly few plate options for my truck so I'm considering trying one built for a 1st gen taco. The measurements seem to match up but I'd like to try before I buy.
Are you planning on wrapping any tubing around the bedsides for protection there?

Yes tubing around the sides tied back into the frame. It may not turn out as good as the plate bumpers you can buy. But I don't care, It will just get bashed anyway and I can have the satisfaction of knowing I built it,
