My 14' TRD has 13 cup holders and I trimmed the mud flaps in 20 minutes with tin snips. Sounds like you need a new Tacoma and you will have the perfect truck.

I comparo shopped Chevy, ford and dodge before I got my 013 dblcablb it was/is hands down a better truck for 30k domestics just don't offer the reliability or style the Tacoma has, let's face it...20mpg is NOT terrible for a truck. At 58000 miles in a year I think it's going great. I love my tacoma and like others have stated I bet there hasn't been a week that's gone by that I haven't been complimented on what a good looking truck I have.

My 13 has had no issues but the paint has a few light scratches around the door handles. Maybe its the color that makes it stand out but to me the paint is weak.

An annoying item for me is the lack of electric rear window on the double cab... I cannot reach the freakin' window from the front seat...gotta stop and close or open it manually from the rear seat....

    Hey TOYOTA...electrify that damn thing.....

OK...my 2006 TRD sport has had the alternator seize at 95,000 kms... fried the belt and needed a tow...!!!! Total fix=($1400.00) (all the idlers need replacement also and the tensioner.!!!!

Just had the Park/neutral switch replaced...$671.00.

Had to put on an extra spring that I had fabricated because Toyota's springs are crap and they would not replace mine....

Thank Dog I have treated the frame, etc every 18 months wioth Corrosion Free, or I'd be in for the frame recall, where they replace the frame and eat the labour but none of the parts they bust in the process....!! Around here they are charging customers at least $4000.00 for parts they break or deem need replacing while doing the frame exchange....

I'm doing my Corrosion Free every 12 months now and it will likely be the last Toyota that I purchase....!!!!!

I thought Toyota had a great reputation for longevity.... CRAP.,.!!!!!
