4runner, Land Cruiser, Frontier or Xterra, in that order. I don't care about towing, I travel light and I don't even use a mid-size truck/SUV to it's full capacity. I just care about it being fun to drive off-road yet slightly more practical and way more reliable than a Heep.

I'd probably pick up another VW GLI...in hindsight I should have kept mine instead of dumping negative equity into my Tacoma...or a Subaru...solely for the AWD in snow.

This guy gets its it, but I would go in reverse order. And only if the 4Runner and Land Cruiser weren't first gen.

If money were no object, I'd get a Ram 2500 with the diesel engine and manual transmission. Otherwise it would be a Nissan Frontier with the manual transmission. Unfortunately for me, these are the only other trucks currently available in a manual transmission.

I'll probably catch :crapstorm: for this, but for me it would be a Ridgeline. True, it sucks off road, but if you're like me and spend 99.9% of your time on pavement, that doesn't matter. It is ugly as sin, but still a great vehicle.

I'm curious to see what Honda does with the new Ridgeline. It may just be my next truck.
