Still got all my sinus bullshit going on; that's not the bad part, though. THe shit I hate is the body aches. I can deal with the stuffy nose, clouded brain, etc., but the body aches fucking suck. Took an 800mg Ibprofin this morning, but I think I'm holding off on shoulders n tri's until tomorrow...still hittin those macros though.

    ON's stuff is Hella Expensive

I would take the Pro Complex and have to shell out like $70 for a bigger tub of it(4.7lbs I think). Now after they redid everything...I hear it costs even more

i just buy all my own supplies to make my own shakes anyone else do that? most those brands like ON and the pre workout blends are mostly fillers and sugar and not a lot enough beta alanine, creatine, bcaa's and the good stuff. just buy the pure powders and make it yourself, plus you pay wayyyyy more buying blended workout sups. i get my stuff from NOW nutrition (on BB.com), pretty cheap and no gluten, dairy, wheat, eggs etc. i make my own and drink it DURING my strength training session in the afternoon. then ill do a plant based protein after my night session. i can't drink whey, if you guys think thats expensive try buying plant protein it costs a fortune and has half as much protein, you do however get a bunch of other good vitamins, and fiber and such from it though.

how i do my shakes if anyone wants to give it a try, got the whole formula from a sports nutrition major, i like it a lot. all you need is, dextrose powder (sugar), creatine, beta alanine, then either bcaa powder or whey protein then mix it all together.

Sugar: Bodyweight x 20% (in grams) (Dextrose)
Protein: Bodyweight x 20% (in grams) (Whey) (or with BCAA's use about 4-6 scoops)
    Creatine: 5 grams per day
Beta-alanine: 1 gram per 40 pounds of bodyweight

I only use the Gold Standard whey, which is $57.99 for 5 lbs, which is cheaper than most other brands:

    MusclePharm ($50 for 4 lbs)
    MuscleTech (4.4 lbs for $45)
    Cellucore (4 lbs for $50)
    Dymatize (5 lbs for $70)
    Jym (4 lbs for $53)

Not to mention it's been the highest rated whey protein on BB.com for like 10 years

I just get regular whey and put honey, strawberries, banana, milk, and some other stuff in it.

I go with ON as well.. things are easier. Sometimes I dont have time to blend it all up and have a delicious shake, when I do get some time Id rather make an omelette. To each is their own though. I do spring for the hydro whey, tastes a little bit better and is a lot smoother, its also easier on my tummy so Im not fartin and stinking up our place :anonymous:

Awesome! Everyone has to either comment on how gorgeous he is or how well mannered. I won't lie, he's scored me a few numbers haha.

The only thing that is a little depressing is that he has no interest in pulling weight.

Anyone ever used the Beast Creature (the blue container) creatine before? My brother uses it and I like that it comes in flavors, but I'm having a hard time spending $25-$30 on flavored creatine. I've been using ON unflavored creatine which is like $9 for the 300g. Since it is unflavored and doesn't mix well I have been putting it in my protein shake every morning and then workout days I will put a scoop in a bottle water and drink it. Is there any benefit or much benefit in the Beast Creature?

I love ON's creatine. It's soooooo cheap (4 month supply for $15). I know a lot of people who don't like the taste just mix it with juice. I just pour it into my mouth and chug water so none gets wasted!

Creatine is creatine, but Creapure is the best you can get (purest and finest quality) and both Beast and ON use it, so, if you wanna spend the extra money, go for it. One isn't any better than the other, though.
