Light Racing UCAs..probably the best bang for the buck. Really popular on here.

Depends on what you are using it for. Light racing are good, but aren't uniball. If you are putting on a nice suspension, I'd go with Icon, or Total Chaos. They are more expensive, but will really last.

I would say go with what you can afford. The best brands are Total Chaos, Icon, Camburg, Light Racing.

    Look at build!
Don't go with LR.. We just had one break going down the highway the other day on the way to wheel.. I've heard they've fixed this issue as of lately but they certainly aren't making it easy for the customers who this has happened to get a new one let alone a new set.. If this one failed who's to say the other won't and they should replace it but aren't being too nice about getting him a new one

My light racing uca's just failed last week. They were less than 2 years old. The drivers side broke at the collar. Personally i would not buy them again. There is a pic in my gallery if you care to see it.

I have seen too many of these Light Racing UCAs fail. It may be the cheapest out there but is it really worth it to risk it?

Check our Camburg 1.25" Uniball UCAs, bigger bearing for more articulation and wheel travel. We build our arms in house with all US grade materials and air craft bolts. We also have the Balljoint UCAs that are more budget friendly for the 05+ Tacoma, you get the same positive castor built in but utilize your stock balljoint versus the uniball. You can order directly from our website or from one of our many dealers. We also offer a TW discount. Let me know if you have any questions :)

If you go with Icon's they have a slick uniball cover to keep dirt and crap out:

I just bought LR, and as a steel fabricator and welder, I inspected the welds and wasn't impressed. They're done with MIG with too cold of a setting. I'm worried mine will break. I would be able to fix them very easily, but I still don't like the idea of one snapping on me.

Yes they were definitely migged with a cold setting. Surprised there isn't someone tigging them considering what they are and how crucial they are to the suspension system. The guy who was with us has a new set being sent out to him and we are going to we weld the old ones back and gusset them as well, may even gusset the new ones if they aren't already before install.
