well the problem with that is you need to prove he didn't have it tied down..if you can do that then he's F**k'd...his insurance company can drop him for falsifying info...
the question is, can you prove he didn't have it tied down?

 

I think his facebook pictures covers that You tell me if he is lying?

I sent the manual to his agent. I didn't send these pics yet. Waiting for the outcome.

I just jumped on his facebook page and he also took down some of those pictures I just put on here lol

 

I don't see a problem with copying pictures off a public site...don't want people to use them, don't post them lol plus people use facebook as a way to win in legal situations all the time..hell even the lawyers up here talk about "if your in a divorce, watch what you post to social media blah, blah, blah" so I'd say your good to go and good you kept it...

So far his guy that came out and interviewed us has told me there would be a decision last Friday. Did I hear anything nope!! He just keeps telling me to file with my insurance Geico to get my truck repaired and that isn't happening. I just keep sending him emails asking him what the decision is? Haven't heard back from him. I have so much proof that his trampoline wasn't tied down that it's not even funny and no fence around it which it states in our bylaws that you must have one.

 

Well as far as im concerned ill drag this shit out till they make this right. If they deny it then Ill send them statutes for him defrauding his insurance company and more pictures he posted on facebook of his trampoline not tied down in his backyard. I will send 1-2 emails daily till they make a decision.

 

Well best of luck to you. Stick to your guns as from a legal stand point there is no way you should have to file on your insurance and he should have to cover it. Hope all turns out for the best!

 

Aw heell naw, they're dragging your butt around. Might wanna think about small claims court. Don't put up with it, or it will continue. You don't want this dragging out, it's not your fault, no reason you should have to deal with the BS. Give them a deadline, then or else. Don't settle for less.

You might wanna ask your insurance company how long the law allows for a claims out come. I know for sure that there is a law that states a time period any insurance company has to come to a desicion. If they don't, then they are practicing "unfair claims practice" and can be sued legally.
