Initial reaction...murder the valet driver. I have the axe in the truck to do the deed and the shovel to bury the body.

Quickly came to my senses as it was morning and lots of witnesses.
Grabbed all my shit from the room and calmly went down to the front desk and asked for the manager trying to withhold my rage. Unfortunately hotel manager didn't get in till 8:30. So I walked out to valet and of course my truck is sitting right up front. Hand my ticket over to the valet douchebag and he just smiled and said "nice truck." And then I politely asked him if he always joyrides customer cars redlining through the parking lot....

Smile disappeared. Deer in headlights. Complete and utter regret. And he just starts to apologize. And I un-fucking-loaded on his ass. Pretty sure I could write a book on how to properly use swear words. While I politely removed my hand from around his throat I told him to enjoy his last few hours of work as a valet driver and left.

Talked to the manager 2 hours later. She called me back shortly after conversing with security, valet, and camera footage. Never heard so many apologies at a single time. Got a meager attempt at making it right with 20,000 points (2-3 free nights) and cum guzzler driver is currently unemployed.

I realize to some people my truck is akin to putting a piece of chocolate cake in front of a fat bitch. But really? It's not like I was at some shithole hotel. There's certain level of expectation.

Still pissed. Calling SPG corporate tomorrow.

Doesn't seem appropriate given the circumstances.

That's worth a new truck for sure. MAKE THEM PAY!!! I try NOT to use valet where I can for that reason. You never know what these dip shits do when you are not around.

haha, there is some truth to what gramps has to say and is why she was so appologetic...she knows how big of a knife to her bidness you could be. Could play it a few ways but either way you look at it karma is gonna kick his ass one day :D if you believe in that sort of thing.
