I don't use tie rods. When I need to make a turn I get out of my truck and turn the wheel by hand.

    Check your steering bushings too.

Have had to deal with this in person. It freaking sucks having to kick the tires along the trail when someone loses steering haha

Locking and unlocking hubs is also a great solution to lack of steering. Also a very slow process

How do you check steering bushings? I've had someone snap tie rods on a golfcart before that even sucks haha
No bj movement for me at all which is good but my tie rods are bad. Driver side is worse than the passenger which barely moves. Thanks for the advice! Now to see which ones to get

Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while it's running and just kneel and look underneath at the steering rack.
